Dr. Deborah L. Wortham

Dr. Conrad played a key role in planning and facilitating monthly leadership team meetings where principals and teacher leaders engaged in the careful evaluation of both student outcomes and professional practices.  He created a positive culture of collaborative competition where principals and teacher leaders compared, and learned from the results from their colleagues.  Teams aligned their school improvement initiatives with our comprehensive District. Under Bill’s leadership, school teams developed 6-week action plans as well as a monitoring system to continuously evaluate and improve professional practices and student outcomes.
